ENGLISH CHAMPS: SENIORS SUBDIVISION 1 RESULTS

The first subdivision of the English Championships have finished at the Europa Gymnastics Centre in Kent. This is the subdivision that Lisa Mason has made her comeback after 12 years.

NASTIA LIUKIN CUP: RESULTS

One of the most prestigious events in the JO National Calendar is the Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup. It's a competition up to Level 10 gymnasts and gymnasts aged 12-18 so it's quite a broad age range. Favorites coming into this competition were Mackenzie Brannan,  Alexandra McMurtry and Charity Jones

It was a very tight competition between the 34 girls but Alexandra McMurtry was the eventual winner of the all-around cup.

ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIPS: ESPOIRS

The Espoir competition at the English championships finished a few minutes ago. In case you didn't know, the English Championships is like the US/Secret Classic of Britain. It's a warm-up meet for the National Championships being held this year in Liverpool. Also, an espoir gymnast is an elite aged 12-13 years old. Favorites for the title were AYOF competitors Teal Grindle and Catherine Lyons but the actually all-around went to Georgia Mae Fenton from the home club of Europa.

NCAA WEEK NINE: WAG & MAG VIDEO & STATS GUIDE

Week Nine is already here. I can't believe the first season I've started watching college is around halfway through. The Oklahoma Sooners have taken the lead in the RQS National Rankings. The Florida Gators have dominated this year but find themselves just 0.482 points off the top of the league. Bridgeport are top of Division 2 and Brockport State find themselves leading Division 3.

UCLA bruin Vanessa Zamarripa retains her all-around lead.
